FARMINGDALE, NY – Trooper David Guggisberg from the New York State Police recently happened upon a driver with a baby broken down in the side of the highway. When the driver couldn’t pay the $170.00 tow bill, Trooper Guggisberg paid the bill for them so they could make it home safely.
