LEAGUE CITY, TX – Justin Thomas was supposed to run to the grocery store in League City, Texas to buy milk for his twins and then hurry home. However, while he was shopping he heard someone screaming for help from the next isle over. Justin ran over and found a woman on the floor passed out.
Justin quickly called 911 and then noticed the woman was turning blue. Without hesitation, Justin began doing CPR on the woman until League City EMS arrived. League City EMS stated that if Justin had not been there and performed CPR, the chances of the woman surviving would have been very slim.
The woman, Brenda Menotti, made a full recovery and stated, “I would like to meet him in person and thank him for saving my life.”
In a video posted on the League City Police Department Facebook page, Justin said he doesn’t consider himself a hero, he was just someone who was in the right place at the right time.
Well Justin Thomas, you are a hero.
